  Sifried is right. I used to sing and people told me I sounded like Alison Krauss, which I took as a HUGE compliment! She has a BEAUTIFUL soothing voice. Dan Tyminski was the voice behind the O Brother, Where art thou soundtrack--when everyone thought George Clooney was singing! He is also a MAJOR part of her band!   Liz, Please listen to Alison Kraus and Union Station. Alison has one of the most beautiful voices I have ever heard. They are sometimes listed as Blue Grass and at other times Cuntry. Either way, they are terrific.
